From gathering different information on LBP forums I came up with a way to change the effect of the day in the level. For my example level I created you can see the level change from Night to Morning to Noon to Sunset to Night and at the end you get little extra trick where I'm walking on invisible platform but it's pretty simple trick... (use dark matter at smallest size and draw a line) polygon rendering isn't done correctly so looks invisible. Enjoy :)
